The Sauce Cocktails & Catering is a 12(c) licensed and insured bar service. We provide everything you need including the physical bar, alcoholic beverage, non-alcoholic beverages, mixers, garnishes, and of course, the bartenders!

HOSTED BARS
A hosted bar is a host paid service where guests enjoy beverages with no cost to them. This can be a full servce bar with beer, wine, and liquor or you can host only part of the bar.
CASH BAR
A cash bar is a guest paid bar service where beer, wine and spirits are available for purchase. The Sauce offers a standard men and charges a nominal bartender and set-up fee for this service.
LUXURY PACKAGE
Our luxury packages provide premium alcohol and mixers for your guests. These beverage experiences are interactive and geared towards an elite experience.
WINE SERVICE & PAIRING
Hosting a formal dinner? We can pair the wine with your meal and serve butler style. This is a classic way for guests to feel spoiled and taken care of.
